The Kirsch is a cherry brandy which is particolarly appreciated in the North of Europe, where it is drunk as a digestif at the end of a dinner.
Brandy made from cherries, kirsch is particolarly appreciated as an aperitif or a digestif in the German-speaking region and in Northern Europe. It is also used as an ingredient in many recipes and accompanies perfectly chocolate.
