Boil a pot of salted water, then put the spaghetti in it in order to cook them “al dente”.
In the meantime, put the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and, slowly, melt the Fontina DOP and almost all the Lard.
Then mix it with the mixer until creamy.
As soon as the spaghetti would be cooked, drain them and cook them in a pan them with seasoned cream.
Serve with a slice of lard and pepper as a garnish.
