The milk of goats, sheep and cows together to make this unique tometta produced in Saint Marcel by Chèvre heureuse. The non-pressed paste is particularly soft, the delicate flavor becomes complex and persistent with aging.
At Champremier of Saint Marcel, this raw milk cheese of sheep, goat and cow is produced. Maturing greatly affects the characteristics of the product. If fresh is delicate, with 6 months at least of aging emerge intense aromas and a persistent flavor, to which the sheep gives the pleasant sweetness.
