    The Goat’s Toma is a semi-cooked cheese made from goat's milk. Has a soft paste of white colour, compact with some eyelets. The rind, inedible (must be removed during eating), is elastic and rough.

    One wheel of Goat’s Toma weighs around tend to 2kg, has a diameter of about 16 cm and a height of between 9 and 10cm.

    Ingredients: Goat's milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes, food colouring for the crust (E160b)
