,Great soup of ancient rural tradition is still a dish present on our tables. The seuppa is achieved by layering on a baking dish stale bread, boiled cabbage, fontina cheese and flakes of butter, All it sprinkled with a meat broth.
It is baked in the oven for about twenty minutes.
