,The salami is prepared by mixing pig meat with spices and natural flavors of the place, it is then stuffed into natural casings thin tied and hung to dry. The potato salami is prepared with boiled potatoes, bacon cubes, spices, wine and pig's blood. It is also stuffed and dried as salami.
