Amaro San Simone is an Italian bitter liqueur. Its name derives from a monk community that was located in Turin during the 16th century. The liqueur is made of special selection of herbs. Besides its valuable active medicinal qualities, the bitter has a pleasant taste, ranging from sweet to bitter, and a delicate unmistakeable aroma.
The Amaro San Simone has a moderate alcohol content (26,5°,) and does not contain artificial colouring agents.
Its principle elements and aromatic qualities are preserved thanks to a special traditional processing that differs a lot from modern production methods.
Typical Italian Liqueur.
