Standard Service: delivery in 2-4 working days (to Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily - delivery in 2-5 working days)
Shipping to EU countries
Express Service: delivery in 24 working hours (by air);
Standard Service: delivery in 3-4 working days (by land).
Shipping to other countries (non EU)
Express Service: delivery in 24-48 working hours (by air);
Standard Service: delivery in 3-5 working days (by air and by land).

Shipping of Fresh, Highly Perishable Products
Yndella guarantees the best quality for its products; therefore, fresh, highly perishable products are shipped in special isothermal containers with reusable cold tanks. The added cost for this service is minimum and it is always indicated at the moment of purchase.
All orders containing fresh, highly perishable products require Express Shipping service in order to ensure the integrity and freshness of the products.
Shipping of Glass Bottles
To guarantee the integrity of glass bottles Yndella uses special tested reusable containers. The added cost for this service is minimum and it is always indicated at the moment of purchase.
DUTIES, TAXES AND INVOICING
The price indicated in the summary of your order includes:
. the product price;
. the packaging costs;
. the preservation of products and transport costs;
. all the taxes in force in Italy
Are You living in a foreing country outside the EU?
The above-mentioned forwarding charges do not include possible custom duties and other import charges of the country of destination.
Customs restrictions prevent us from sending a few kinds of products to some destinations. Nothing to worry about. You will be informed of these restrictions when you indicate your order shipping address and you will be able either to send the product to another adress or cancel the product from the shopping cart.
You can request the invoice relative to your order during the purchase process by selecting an appropriate entry.
You will be able to choose the name and address to indicate on the invoice. Logging into your account, you will be able to download your invoice in electronic format. If you need it, we will send you by ordinary post a printed copy of the invoice.
For all website clients who do not request an invoice to be issued, the necessary accounting documents will be those valid for various methods of payment: a delivery note for cash on delivery, an accounting bank balance for payment by a credit card or by an advance money order.

In case of parcel breakage or damage, you have to refuse the parcel; the goods will be replaced and sent again. In any case, Yndella commits itself to replace the damaged parcel at its expenses, covering replacement and shipping costs. The company follows the rule 'Satisfy the Client or Refund his Expenses'.

You have the right to withdraw from your contract.
