Rosset Vineyards
A family tradition that tells of a strong bond with the earth, a natural predisposition for farming. This is why, in 2001, the Rosset family decided to turn the land they owned in the Senin Saint-Christophe locality in the Italian Alps into vineyards. The first plants introduced in this three acre plot were cuttings of Chardonnay, followed shortly thereafter by Cornalin and Syrah.
In 2005 the first "Rosset Vineyards" Chardonnay was bottled, followed soon after by two fine reds: Syrah and Cornalin.
Today, Nicola Rosset continues the family tradition by combining research and rediscovery of autochthonous grapevines with a regional interpretation of valuable international varieties.

The unmistakable taste of a typical liquor of the Valle d'Aosta produced, according to the most ancient tradition, from a rare alpine grass: the génépy (Artemisia glacialis), which combines in itself the ruggedness of the mountains, the freshness of spring waters, and the sweetness of the Alpine slopes.
Picture of Grappa di Cornalin LEVI
A valuable grappa, obtained by distilling fine pomace obtained from the red Cornalin grapes of the Valle d'Aosta. These autochthonous Cornalin grapevines give life to a grappa with a fine and intense aroma that recalls aromatic scents and spices such as pepper and vanilla.
Picture of Grappa di Fumin LEVI
The distillation of fine pomace obtained from the red grapes of Fumin of the Valle d'Aosta produces a grappa with an exclusive and refined fragrance. The autochthonous Fumin grapevines are still grown in small impervious vineyards that require great effort both in the vineyards and in the cellars. The result is a grappa rich with scents of berries and red fruits.
