Originating from Valle d'Aosta, the Friendship Cup is a wooden container with 'drinking holes' and is used not only for typical Valdostana coffee mixed with grappa, sugar and spices but also for wine. It is the symbol of the smallest Italian region.

The unmistakable taste of a typical liquor of the Valle d'Aosta produced, according to the most ancient tradition, from a rare alpine grass: the génépy (Artemisia glacialis), which combines in itself the ruggedness of the mountains, the freshness of spring waters, and the sweetness of the Alpine slopes.

The centennial Génépy was created in 2002, to celebrate the Hundred Years of Ottoz. This liqueur contains the Genepy plant (Artemisia glacialis), an alpine herb that grows above 2,000 meters in the Alps. The flavor is intense and particular, and the fragrance aromatic.
