Grappa is a distillate of 100% Italian pomaces. The name "grappa" is granted exclusively to the eau de vie which have been produced with grapes grown and made into wine in Italy and Ticino. The quality of the grappa depends on the quality of the grapes that have been used, and on the know-how of the distiller who devotes himself to getting the best of the land that surrounds him.
