The skill of the distiller has maintained all the perfume, aroma and typical flavor of this splendid ruby-red fruit, that is widespread throughout our Alps.

From the small pears of the Martin Sec vineyard, fruit with a white, grainy and sugary pulp, you obtained this particular distillate, with a low alcohol content, no added sugars, that recalls the original fruit.

Among the many qualities of apples in the Valle d'Aosta, which thanks to the favorable climate boast a particularly delicious flavor, we have chosen the golden or yellow Valle d'Aosta and red Gressan for their rich and fragrant pulp. These are the characteristics you will find when you taste this naturally sweet brew, with no added sugars.

When you taste this product you will discover the aroma of resins, wet earth and flowers that turn into the sweet and very special flavor of these small blue berries.

A combination of age old experience of the Levi master distillers and innovative distillation techniques sees the birth of this particular liquor. With this fruit, also known as "black diamond", which is purple in color, with very firm pulp and exceptionally rich in juice, it is possible to bottle this distillation without adding sugar.
