Le Torrette is a harmonious red wine, dry in taste. It is the most produced wine in the region. The production zone is the biggest compared to other D.O.C. (Denomination of Controlled Origin) wine zones.

GRAPES
80% of Petit Rouge and 20% of Vien de Nus, Doucet, Fumin and Mayolet.
 
SOIL AND EXPOSITION
Soil is morainic. Production zone is exposed to the southwest, pending from 30% to 60%, the altitude is between 550 and 650 meters above the sea level
 
VINIFICATION
Vinification with the grapes without stalks in stainless tanks and partially in wooden barrels. 
 
CHARACTERISTICS
Fruity soft red wine, well balanced and suitable for the entire meal.
