Rich buttery mouth-feel with sweet floral notes and a slightly tangy finish. Matured during 3 months in rather humid cellars.
Tommette de Savoie is 9 cm in diameter, its thickness is 3 cm and it
weighs 250 g.
The cheese paste is pressed, made from raw unpasteurized cow's milk.
The rind has a light grey or grey colour with naturally formed white or red pigments.
The paste is semi-hard, the colour varying from white to yellow with possible small holes.
The taste is unique and characteristic of the territory of Savoy.
Conservation temperature: from + 4 C° to + 6° C
It accompanies well with sausages, fruit, bread and wine.
