Rhubarb from Zucca
Zucca is made from rhubarb rootstock, Rheum in nature, which is put into infusion with china and bitter orange peel, cardamom seeds and other curative herbs. After 10 days of rest, the drink is filtered and bottled.
It has an ebony colour and a pleasant bitterish taste remainaining long on the palate.
Alcohol level: 16% vol
