Zucca is a natural aperitif on the basis of rhubarb. The liqueur has a delicate and pleasant taste. You can taste it straight, with sparkling water or shaked together with ice cubes.

Zucca is made from rhubarb rootstock, Rheum in nature, which is put into infusion with china and bitter orange peel, cardamom seeds and other curative herbs. After 10 days of rest, the drink is filtered and bottled.  
 
It has an ebony colour and a pleasant bitterish taste remainaining long on the palate. 
 
Alcohol level: 16% vol
