Provolone Auricchio Cheese

This Provolone is produced from selected cow milk by using the famous "Auricchio mild rennet", which allows to maintain the delicacy of this cheese.

The origin of Provolone is considered to be in the southern part of Italy, however, it is not possible to assign a particular region of origin. 
 
Consumption suggestions
It is ideal as a cooking ingredient. You can use it on a pizza, melt it on meat or slice for a delicious toast.
 
'Dolce' (sweet) is the mild version of provolone cheese, whereas 'piccante' (spicy) is its spicy and more aged version.
