Mueggen Raisin Moscato di Pantelleria
VINIFICATION
Zibibbo grapes come from different vineyard of this island. Selected bunch of grapes wilt on typical "stinnitura" for 12-18 days and manually turned over. The grapes are pressed and the most, rich of sugar, ferments at 25 -28° C temperature. Refinement in steel tanks for 8-10 months.
DESCRIPTION
It is amber coloured with orange reflections, which are involving and bright. The first flavour is apricot, peach in syrup, stewed apples, then aromatic plants as rosemary and wild marjoram. The conclusion has incense notes. The taste is sweet, with an acid note that makes this wine involving and good balanced, with a pleasing embittering ending note
MATCHES
It is ideal with tasty cheese, foi gras, pastry with almonds.
