VINIFICATION
Some grapes are wilted for around 20 days; after the press the most ferments at controlled temperature and the wine matures in steel tanks, where the rich and delicate organoleptic features are exalted
ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
It has a beautiful golden yellow colour with some amber-coloured reflections and red gold nuances. The flavour is very fine, with dates, rind of orange and orange-blossom notes. The taste is full, sweet, well balanced and with a mineral aftertaste that exalts the long conclusion.
MATCHES
It is ideal with pastry or spicy cheese, it should be served cool.
