It is recommended to serve with local first dishes: “Vapelenentse” soup (cabbage, bread and cheese soup), La “Seupetta” di Cogne (rice, bread and Fontina cheese soup) and other vegetable soups; moreover, it is good with Fontina cheese alone.

This wine belongs to the old vineyards of the family Charrère, living in Aymavilles (AO). This great wine is the combination of a few important factors: sandy soil, old species of vine and high density of plantation.
