Khamma Raisin Moscato di Pantelleria
VINIFICATION
Zibibbo grapes come from different vineyards of this island. Selected bunch of grapes wilt on typical "stinnitura" for 20-30 days and manually turned over. The grapes are pressed and the most, rich of sugar, ferments at 25 -28° C temperature. Refinement in allier barriques for 12 months.
DESCRIPTION
It’s ancient golden yellow colour with warm amber-coloured reflections. The flavour is elegant and clear: apricot jam, honey, dried fruit, sweet spicy with iodate notes that reminds the flavour of this island. Taste sweet, tasty and rightly fresh. The conclusion is long with a right balance between flavour and taste.
MATCHES
Marbled cheese, gorgonzola and good pastry.
