You have already filled in the cart with the website products, but you don't have your Account? Don't worry. You can register and log in at any time without loosing your purchase.

 

Your Shopping Cart
Like in any shop, if you want to buy a product, first you have to put it to the shopping cart and only then go to the checkout. The same procedure is applied on the website of HQ ITALIA.

 

Choose products provided in various categories listed in the menu or look for them on the website's internal search, then put them one at a time to your Shopping Cart.

 

If you want to purchase more pieces of the same product, you can always modify its quantity by reviewing your cart.

 

Moreover, you can add the products from any of your previously Memorized Carts into your current Shopping Cart.

 

Checkout
By putting a product to the cart you are not obliged to purchase it; thus, in order to conclude your order you have to go to the checkout.

To go to checkout, you have to access your Account by logging in. You will be asked to provide the e-mail and password inserted during the registration. If you haven't registered yet, nothing to worry about. You can register at any time without loosing any products you have put to the shopping cart.

 

Four Simple Steps to Order
To purchase on our website is quick and easy! Having put the products to the shopping cart, you just need to follow the four below mentioned consecutive steps:

 

1. Shopping Cart
From the cart go to the checkout. If you have not logged in yet, insert the e-mail and password of your HQ

ITALIA Account. If you don't have an account, you have to register first. Don't worry about the products put to the shopping cart because they all remain memorized.

 

2. Shipping Addresses
Choose where to ship the order:
. to the address inserted during the registration of your Account;
. to the address from your Address Book;
. to a new address.

 

Moreover, you can send your order to more than one person at the same time.

 

Please indicate all the necessary information to help us recognize the shipping addressee, as well as provide notes to the courier. It is important for the courier to have this info in order to proceed according to the determined shipping times and methods.

 

3. Delivery and Payment
Choose the methods of shipping and payment. You will find the shipping costs for every destination you have

indicated. Please note that the shipping costs vary depending on the purchase weight, shipping method and the country of destination.
In this phase you can also write a note and choose a gift card for it to be included into the package. This way you can personalize your shipment (especially if this is a gift).

 

4. Confirmation
Read the final summary of your order containing the following data:
. Quantity and price of every single product;
. Shipping address(es), greeting cards and notes to the courier;
. Shipping costs;
. Total cost of the purchase;
. Text of the enclosed message.

 

Only now you can confirm your order. Following the method of payment you have chosen, instructions will appear explaining how to pay and receive the purchased products.

 

Payment Methods
Payment methods available with HQ ITALIA are the following: cash on delivery, advance money order, credit card or PayPal.

 

Cash on Delivery or Bank Draft (only for Italy)
It is possible to use this method of payment only if the total amount of purchase does not exceed 50,00 Euro (shipping costs excluded). When paying in cash on delivery the shipping cost is raised by 5,00 Euro as requested by the Express courier service.

 

Advance Money Order (only for Italy)
When paying by an advance money order you are requested to send an advance money order indicating the amount of your purchase order to the following address:

HQ ITALIA will execute the order after we have received the confirm from our bank on the payment made. To receive the purchase beforehand, you can click on website's Contacts area and send us the CRO number, issued by your bank, or send us a copy of the advance money order by fax to No. 0039 0165 305578.

Payment by a Credit Card
HQ ITALIA manages payments on-line through the system GestPay of Sella Bank which applies an automatic cipher system for reserved information. The info is transfered from your computer to Sella Bank's computer system with the help of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, equal to 128-bit cypher keys (maximum length available).

The credit card number and information related to it are provided only to Sella Bank; therefore, neither HQ ITALIA personnel nor anyone else besides Sella Bankl employees have any access to the transaction data.

Payments Made in American Dollars or English Pounds
The debit from a credit card will be made in euro, the interbanking system calculating the exchange rate. As a result, a slight difference can be noticed between the amount in American dollars or English pounds indicated in the order and the amount of American dollars or English pounds indicated in the balance sheet of your credit card account.
