It includes the following: . product price; . packaging costs; . preservation of products and transport costs; . all export taxes outside Italy. The above-mentioned forwarding charges do not include possible custom duties and other import charges of the country of destination. Certain products can not be delivered to a number of countries in the world due to certain import limitations. Nothing to worry in advance. When you indicate your products to be delivered to the country where they can not be forwarded, you will be informed about it. You will be able either to send the product to another adress available in your Address Book or cancel the product from the shopping cart. Invoicing The invoice for your order can be requested at the moment of product purchase by selecting an appropriate entry. The invoice will be filled in following the data from your Account and enclosed together with the product shipment. If you send your order to a different address than the one indicated in your Account, we will send you the invoice by ordinary post. For all website clients who do not request an invoice to be issued, the necessary accounting documents will be those valid for various methods of payment: a delivery note for cash on delivery, an accounting bank balance for payment by a credit card or by an advance money order. |
