It's the result of best Zibibbo grapes selection, subjected to a long withering. Before bottling there is an assemblage of various years, which medium ageing is more than 15 years long.

 

It is impressive since from the aspect which is of a very dark amber colour, impenetrable, very intense, with old gold reflections. Scent is inebriant, explosive, which a very rich aromatic experience that moves from dried fruit to orange peel, liquorice, vanilla, pepper and nutmeg. Taste is full, wrapping, very sweet, with a practically chewable consistency. into the very long and endless final, the elegance of the product it's exalted with a seductive balsamic sensation.

 

It is a wine that practically represents a real dessert. It may go with handmade plain chocolate's pralines with an high cocoa percent, but it constitutes by itself a whole of unique and unrepeatable sensorial emotions.
