Bitter San Simone derives its name from the monk community that was located in Turin in the 16th century. The liqueur is made of specially selected herbs. Besides its valuable active medical qualities, the bitter has a pleasant taste, ranging from sweet to bitter, and a delicate unmistakeable aroma. The drink has a moderate alcohol level (26,5°). It does not contain artificial colouring agent.
