Thanks to mature and good tanninis it is harmoniously attractive and body-rich taste.
VINIFICATION:
The grapes, after a careful selection, and when they are very mature, are tamped, in stainless container for the maceration. Complete the malolactic fermentation in small containers, where it rests for a short time, approximately three months. Put in bottle it becomes mature for ulterior six months and commercialized.
