Asti Spumante 'Fontanafredda' (Cold Fountain) DOCG has a little perlage and an intensive refined froth. It is produced from Muscat grapes and has a yellowish straw-like color. The aroma of this spumante is intense and soft (typical for this type of grape), with the flavour of acacia and wisteria; a spicy aftertaste of elder and bergamot.
