Angimbè Cusumano IGT

Around Salemi and Ficuzza are cultivated Insolia and Chardonnay grapes. Angimbè, is a good yellow pale wine which is born from the mix of these grapes.

Espalier at a density of  4000 plants per hectare

GRAPE HARVEST
Manually: Chardonnay in August. Insolia during first two weeks of September. 
 
VINIFICATION
Cold maceration of grapes' skins for 12 hours at 8° C; pressing; cold decantation; fermentation at 18° - 20° C. It remains in contact on fine dregs for 4 months in steel tanks, then refinement in bottle.
